Cordillera Chocolates supports a growing network of nearly 23,000 families throughout Colombia and Ecuador by implementing sustainable agricultural and fermentation processes to reliably produce high quality cacao, as well as a local buyer to turn that cacao into high-quality chocolate, allowing the farmers to fetch a better price for their labor and keep more equity in the process.
